“同行世界观——中国市场投资布局机会研讨会”在海口顺利举行

        6月18日，大洋洲自贸中心在海口举办“同行世界观——中国市场投资布局机会研讨会”。海口国际投资促进局及多家新西兰健康科技企业参会，围绕海南自贸港政策红利、国内大健康市场机遇及双边产业合作路径开展深度对接。

        本次参会新西兰企业涵盖多个前沿科创赛道，包括头部睡眠健康品牌SleepDrops、智能睡眠平台CleverSleep、康复科技企业Myovolt等，业务覆盖睡眠健康、数字医疗、智能穿戴、先进新材料等领域。

On June 18, The Oceania Center hosted the Journey to Excellence – China Market Investment Opportunities Seminar in Haikou. Representatives from the Haikou International Investment Promotion Bureau and several New Zealand health technology companies attended the event to conduct in-depth discussions on the policy advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port, opportunities in China’s health and wellness market, and pathways for bilateral industrial cooperation. Participating New Zealand companies represented a number of cutting-edge innovation sectors, including leading sleep health brand SleepDrops, intelligent sleep platform CleverSleep, and rehabilitation technology company Myovolt. Their businesses span sleep health, digital healthcare, wearable technologies, and advanced materials.

        海口国际投资促进局现场推介自贸港核心政策与海口投资环境，重点解读零关税、低税率、跨境资金便利化等利好政策，介绍本地生物医药、数字经济、跨境电商的产业集群优势，并针对企业关心的产品准入、数据合规、器械落地等问题答疑解惑，分享优质落地案例。

During the seminar, the New Zealand companies showcased their core technologies and strategic plans for the Chinese market. SleepDrops, which has been serving the New Zealand sleep health market for seventeen years, introduced its digital sleep platform capable of delivering personalized health solutions. Leveraging the advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the company plans to advance product registration, local platform operations, and manufacturing capabilities in China. Myovolt highlighted its innovative technologies, including neuromuscular vibration rehabilitation and light-activated artificial muscles, demonstrating their clinical outcomes and application potential in home rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and advanced manufacturing.

Representatives from the Haikou International Investment Promotion Bureau presented the core policies and investment environment of the Hainan Free Trade Port, with particular emphasis on preferential measures such as zero tariffs, low tax rates, and cross-border capital facilitation. They also introduced the strengths of local industrial clusters in biopharmaceuticals, digital economy, and cross-border e-commerce, while addressing companies’ concerns regarding product market access, data compliance, and medical device commercialization, and sharing successful case studies.

Participants agreed that the Hainan Free Trade Port possesses significant opening-up advantages and promising prospects for the health and wellness industry, while New Zealand technology companies offer strong innovation capabilities and substantial cooperation potential. Moving forward, all parties will strengthen regular engagement and pursue targeted collaboration in market access, industrial development, capital cooperation, and supply chain integration. These efforts aim to facilitate the establishment of more high-quality New Zealand health and wellness projects in Haikou and support the Hainan Free Trade Port in building a globally influential hub for openness and cooperation in the health and wellness sector.
