海南联合资产携手新西兰耀石集团、新加坡富隆集团—共筑自贸港大健康影响力投资标杆

近日，海南联合资产管理有限公司与耀石集团旗下耀石睿控（海南）控股有限公司、新加坡富隆集团在海口举行座谈并签署战略合作协议。三方依托海南自贸港影响力投资平台，以资本为纽带、产业为根基，聚力打造自贸港大健康产业影响力投资标杆。

Recently, Hainan United Asset Management Co., Ltd. held talks in Haikou and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Key Holding (Hainan) Investment Management Ltd., a subsidiary of Key Group, and Singapore RichL Group.

Building on the Hainan Free Trade Port’s role as a high-impact investment platform, the three parties will leverage capital as a strategic link and industry as a core foundation to jointly develop a flagship impact investment model in the health and wellness sector, contributing to the high-quality development of the Free Trade Port.

        根据协议，三方将围绕大健康服务管理品牌运营、特殊资产服务配套、上市公司资本运作三大核心方向，秉持 “资源互补、合作共赢、长期发展” 原则，以 “大健康服务管理 + 特殊资产服务 + 上市公司平台” 三位一体模式推进产业布局。

According to the agreement, the three parties will focus on three core areas: the operation of health and wellness service management brands, supporting services for special assets, and capital operations of listed companies.

Guided by the principles of “resource complementarity, mutual benefit, and long-term development,” they will advance their industrial development through an integrated model combining health and wellness service management, special asset services, and listed company platforms.

        本次合作是三方紧抓海南自贸港发展机遇、深耕大健康产业的战略举措。三方将充分发挥战略资源整合能力、产业升级动能、健康管理效能，以“资产整合力、产业创新力、健康服务力”赋能海南大健康产业高质量发展，为海南自贸港建设注入新动能。

This cooperation represents a strategic initiative by the three parties to seize the development opportunities of the Hainan Free Trade Port and deepen their presence in the health and wellness sector.

By fully leveraging their capabilities in strategic resource integration, industrial upgrading, and health management, the three parties will empower the high-quality development of Hainan’s health and wellness industry through enhanced asset integration, industrial innovation, and service excellence, injecting new momentum into the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
