2025年11月10日,“同行世界观——国际职业技能人才发展合作交流会”在大洋洲自贸中心圆满落幕。活动由耀石中国及旗下耀石睿控(海南)控股有限公司主办,海口市美兰区招商服务中心、中共海口市美兰区委人才发展局协办,聚焦职业技能人才培养与国际合作,为海南自贸港与新西兰教育资源搭建高效对接平台。
On November 10, 2025, the “Journey to Excellence — International Vocational Skills Talent Development Cooperation and Exchange Conference” successfully concluded at The Oceania Center. Hosted by Key China together with its subsidiary Key Holding (Hainan) Investment Management Ltd., and co-organized by the Meilan District Investment Promotion Service Center of Haikou and the Talent Development Bureau of the CPC Meilan District Committee, the event focused on vocational skills talent development and international collaboration, creating an efficient platform to connect New Zealand’s education resources with the strategic needs of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

交流会上,大洋洲自贸中心文化与教育板块负责人 韩天一 结合海南自贸港发展战略,阐述了双语职业技能人才需求现状与国际化教育合作的重要性。海口市美兰区招商服务中心综合部副部长 武海霞 详细讲解了人才相关政策及需求,包括双语人才缺口、薪资水平及人才补贴、税收减免等支持政策。大洋洲自贸中心高级项目经理 刘晨 则向与会嘉宾推介了大洋洲自贸中心的平台功能与发展规划。新西兰最大职业培训机构 Skills Group 全球教育合作与业务发展主管 Jasbir Kaur 介绍了机构 30 年教育经验及 85% 以上的毕业就业率优势,重点分享了企业定制培训、“双语 + 专业”微专业共建、就业对接、联合办学等合作方向。
During the conference, Hanry Han, Head of the Culture and Education Division of the The Oceania Center, discussed the current demand for bilingual vocational talent and underscored the importance of international education partnerships in advancing the Hainan Free Trade Port’s development strategy. Wu Haixia, Deputy Director-General of the General Affairs Department, Meilan District, elaborated on local talent policies, including the shortage of bilingual professionals, competitive salary ranges, talent subsidies, and tax incentives. Celia Liu, Senior Project Manager of The Oceania Center, presented the center’s key functions and development roadmap. Representing New Zealand’s largest vocational training provider, Skills Group, Global Education Partnership and Business Development Lead Jasbir Kaur highlighted the institution’s 30 years of experience and its graduate employment rate above 85%, while introducing cooperation opportunities such as enterprise-tailored training, co-development of “Bilingual + Professional” micro-programs, job placement pathways, and joint education initiatives.

活动核心环节中,Skills Group 与大洋洲自贸中心(TOC)签署合作备忘录,双方将围绕人才联合培养、实训基地共建展开合作。自由交流阶段,参会的海南高校、本地企业及教育中介机构围绕具体合作意向进行了热烈而深入的探讨,并现场填写了合作意向表,为后续实质性合作开启了良好开端。
A major highlight of the conference was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Skills Group and The Oceania Center (TOC). The partnership aims to advance joint talent cultivation and the co-establishment of training bases. In the open networking session, representatives from Hainan universities, local enterprises, and education agencies engaged in active discussions on specific cooperation opportunities, with many completing intention forms on-site—marking a solid beginning for future substantive collaborations.



此次交流会不仅促成了新西兰优质教育资源与海南自贸港的精准对接,更搭建了长期稳定的国际职业技能人才合作链路。
The conference not only enabled precise alignment between New Zealand’s high-quality educational resources and the needs of the Hainan Free Trade Port, but also helped form a long-term, stable cooperation pathway for international vocational skills talent development.
