“走进海南自贸港，洞见封关新机遇”-宁波银行考察系列活动在大洋洲自贸中心圆满举行

2026年1月8日下午，由海南国际经济发展局指导、宁波银行主办的“走进海南自贸港，洞见封关新机遇”系列活动大洋洲自贸中心站在大洋洲自贸中心会客厅圆满举行。本次活动汇聚了约50位优秀企业家代表，旨在深度解读海南自贸港政策，共商企业出海与投资合作新路径。

On the afternoon of January 8, 2026, the Oceania Center session of the “Exploring the Hainan Free Trade Port: Gaining Insights into New Opportunities under Hainan’s Customs Closure” series was successfully held at the reception hall of the Oceania Center. The event was guided by the Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development and hosted by the Bank of Ningbo.

Approximately 50 outstanding entrepreneur representatives attended the event, which focused on providing an in-depth interpretation of policies related to the island-wide independent customs operation in the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP), as well as exploring new pathways for enterprises to expand overseas and engage in international investment and cooperation.

Huang Shang, Deputy General Manager of the Retail Corporate Banking Department at the Head Office of the Bank of Ningbo, delivered a welcome address. He thanked the Oceania Center for its strong support of the event and stated that the Bank of Ningbo has long attached great importance to the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port. He expressed the bank’s hope to take this event as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation with enterprises across Hainan in various sectors and jointly seize the development opportunities of the Free Trade Port.

During the keynote session, Liu Xiaoping and Deng Hui, experts from King & Wood Mallesons, delivered a presentation titled “Overview and Application of Investment and Trade Policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port.” They provided targeted interpretations of key policies, including tax incentives and trade liberalization and facilitation measures, offering professional guidance for enterprises considering investment in Hainan.
